Mr. Stanley Jacobs is the senior lawyer and leader of Jacobs, Jacobs and
Eisfelder. He has been a pioneer in the field of consumers and victims
rights for more than forty-five years, and continues to practice full time. His career has extended through many
decades of changes, and he has had great success throughout those years,
going many decades without losing a single case, despite changes in jurors
attitudes and regardless of the complexity of a case or, a table full of defense
lawyers seated across the courtroom. Mr. Jacobs has, at various times
throughout his career, held the record in the State of California for the
largest jury verdict awarded in several areas, including at the present
time, the largest wrongful death verdict from a jury for the death of a
child.
Mr. Jacobs has been honored with many awards over the years, too numerous to list here, from colleagues to civil groups. Mr. Jacobs is a frequent guest lecturer, speaker and advisor to many professional groups and organizations involving lawyers, businesses and civic groups. He has tried more cases to verdict, strictly representing injured victims or consumers, than virtually any other lawyer in the State of California. Approximately 90% of the cases in Mr. Jacobs office are referred to him from other lawyers (or law firms, legal profession) because of the extent of his experience and expertise in the area of victims rights. A true innovator, Mr. Jacobs is also blessed with the gift of passion: a passion for his clients, a passion for justice, and a passion for the practice of law.
